Though there are quite long-famed Urdu poets, the most renowned and far-famed Urdu poet is none other than Iqbal! He is the most excellent and outstanding Urdu poet, who has greater responsibilities in 3 dimensions. Allama Iqbal is known for his poetic writing and most of his writings will be dedicated to resumption of Islam. During the presidential introduction in the Muslim League in the year 1930, Iqbal firstly recommended that the Muslims residing in the northwest part of India must insist and claim an individual homeland for their own.

Even though quite several collections of Allama Iqbal’s verse conveys the point very expressively, his front-most and principal writing Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam was deliberated to protect a visual sense of the spiritual power of Islam. And moreover to book is turned and released from the Magian overlayings. Also, Iqbal enlivened the Muslims to hold close with the principles of brotherhood, integrity, and examination. The most reputed and famed piece of work is ‘The Song of Eternity’ which was set out in the year 1932. Alike the thesis to Dante’s ‘Divine Comedy’, Iqbal’s masterpiece connects the poet’s ascension by all sphere of attention and knowledge, directed by Jalal ad-Din ar-Rumi – a 13th-century poet.

Most of all, Iqbal has also written quite several poetries in Persian languages too. Iqbal tried his best to exempt the Muslim mentality from the persisting complex attitude. He also gave his efforts to set-free the Muslims’ personal tapered self-interests. This will be clearly contemplated and revealed in one of his classical artwork “Toloo-e-Islam”. Basically, it is some way easier to read the works of Allama Iqbal, but it is somehow arduous to understand the writing. It is really involves a complete life span to know the persuasions and philosophy of the renowned Urdu poet Iqbal. Generally, his poetry deals with quite other factors too. Iqbal’s works are largely numerous and it is no way probable to list out even a peep of his workout.

The next prominent and outstanding Urdu poet will obviously be Mirza Ghalib. This long-familiar Urdu poet has worked on wide collections of Ghazals and most of his works are really brilliant and outstanding. Also, he has written quite number of Urdu poems and most of those are still being widely sung by the followers. People, who really love Ghazals will greatly love Ghalib! The playscript is keenly researched and they are portrayed in a classy way.

Mir Taqi Mir is the other outstanding Urdu poet, who has given excellent works during his period. Mir Taqi Mir was one of the classy Ghazal writers of the 18th century. Mir Taqi is one among the immortal Urdu poet. Mir is known for his excellent and perfect artwork of Ghazals, as he makes them with a unique appeal with metaphors, musicality, compression and suggestions. Generally, Mir lines his poetry with his own individual experience. The most favorite and best-loved theme of Mir is “love” and love unconvinced. Moreover, Mir will most the time make his writing in a conversational way and makes them more interesting to read.
cake toppers

Pakistan is a country known for its love for its tradition and family oriented individuals. Because of this, poetry that speaks of love, passion and religion make up the lives of many Pakistanis.

Urdu, the official language in Pakistan together with English is the most widely used language in the whole country. Although there are other languages, most of the people in the urban area use Urdu.

A large collection of Islamic and Sharia literature are originally written in Urdu before other languages. Translations and interpretation of Qur’an are also written in Urdu.

The language therefore has a large following; it is also used as an official language in areas of India. In reality however, Urdu is in contract with Hindi.

In Poetry, Urdu sit he premier language for the South Asia and has rich traditional variety in poetic genres.

Subjective poetry called Ghazal is written in Urdu. Popular poets such as Mir, Ghalib, Dagh and Faiz all use Ghazal.

On the narrative, descriptive and didactic purposes, Nazm in Urdu is used.

Masnavi, a variation of Urdu is used for romantic and religious poetry.

Marsia, on the other hand is used to commemorate the martyrdom of Hazard Imam Hussain, the grandson of Prophet Muhammad.

Other variations of Urdu used in poetry include the following:

•	Diwan

•	Doha

•	Geet

•	Hamd

•	Kalam

•	Kulyat

•	Musaddas

•	Muhammas

•	Naat

•	Qasida

•	Qat’a

•	Rubai

•	Sehra

•	Soz

One Urdu poetry example may be seen in Ghalib’s famous work which will compare him to his predecessor, Mir.

Here it goes; I hope I did a good job in this translation,

“You are not the only master of poetry O’Galib,

They say, in the past; was also someone Mir.”

This means a lot to poets in Pakistan. It tells them that the master’s will soon have the new breeds to look for.

Urdu is one language that will give you them understanding that love, religion and tradition will give you a blessed future. You may only need to learn to love your predecessors and Urdu as your language.

Let us look back at Urdu. It is sometimes called the language of the army because of its past. The term Urdu came from the Turkic word army or tent. This word helped Indians relate to the soldiers because Urdu comes abridging several languages. It makes them understood in some extent without causing problem with other nationalities.

Urdu remains spoken by various countries. Thus, the literatures written in Urdu are easily translatable to other language. It makes writing poetry in Urdu worthy of your time.

I could not wait to learn the language more deeply but there are difficulties that I still encounter. One of which is using four different D-sounds and four different T-sounds.

Another issue is the pronunciation of vowels. I will make it; I just need time and practice. I would love to read the works of Ghalib and Mir, in its original form. I will therefore need more time on this.
About the Author:

“It’s not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me.” Batman tells Rachel Dawes and the story of the dark knight unfolds in the heart of the perennial darkness that has been haunting Gotham.

One of the greatest superheroes of the century, Batman is quite different in many ways from the other famous characters of publisher DC Comics, and even Marvel Comics for that matter. A caped crusader, Batman is about Bruce Wayne’s fight with his own fear that kept him awake at night, and the death of his parents at the hands of a ruthless Gotham City street criminal. Contrary to popular belief, Batman is not driven by a burning desire for revenge, but rather by the desire to deliver justice. But make no mistake, Batman is indeed out to rid society, and the streets of Gotham City, of every conceivable evil.

It is a riveting story of a man who lives two different lives: as Bruce Wayne the heir to the Wayne throne, the playboy, super-rich and super-talented philanthropist and as Batman, the ultimate weapon against crime that rises out from the depths of the night and merges into the shadows. With the unlikely but stalwart assistance from Alfred Pennyworth, his family’s trusted butler, he has been a source of inspiration for many who have learnt to fight their deepest and darkest fears.

Batman made his first appearance in Detective Comics #27 in May, 1939, and what makes him stand apart (back then and even now), from other super-heroes like Superman or Spider-man, is the fact that he has no super powers. This is one of the reasons why people have been able to relate to this caped crusader for over 60 long and adventurous years. Batman is as much flesh and bone as your next door neighbor and the only weapons he has are a high level of intellect (perhaps not unlike computer geeks of today?), superior martial arts training that includes shadow fighting taught to Ninjas, and some great toys like the Batmobile, Batarang, Batgyro, Bat signal and the ever promising utility belt. But this is not all; one of the greatest characteristics of Bruce Wayne is that he is truly a master detective and can vanish into the shadows with the skill of the greatest ninja.

Of course where there is a hero, there will always be villains. Since 1939, Batman has fought many evil men/women but the arch villain of his career would have to be the infamous Joker, being played by Heath Ledger in the upcoming movie – Batman: The Dark Knight, a role also made popular by Jack Nicholson. Other popular villains of Batman’s career include Catwoman (played by Michelle Pfeiffer in Tim Burton’s film), The Penguin, and Two-face.

In The Dark Knight, Batman raises the stakes in his war on crime. While effectively dismantling organized crime, Batman faces a new lethal force, soon to be known by the horrified people of Gotham City as The Joker.

Another night unfolds, another trap is set, and the bat flies out of his cave to fight and save Gotham City from the clutches of impending doom. The Batman Strikes!
About the Author:

In Pakistan mehndi is known more commonly as Henna. This is a plant whose leaves leave an impression on the skin – particularly palms and feet – of women very much like a tattoo. However, while the tattoo is permanent, Henna effects lasts about three to four weeks at best. The color varies from dark red to deep brown depending upon how long the henna is kept on the skin. Sometimes, addition of oil and lemon make the color darker and last longer.

The Use Of Henna in Pakistan

There are very intricate designs that are painted on the hands and feet of women in Pakistan with Henna. This tattooing is a way to beautify the woman for a special occasion which is mostly her wedding. There is a special phase in the wedding ceremony, called the Mehndi which spreads over two full days. One day is when the groom applies Henna to his hands and feet – though this more symbolical than beautifying; and the second day at bride’s house when it is applied not only to her but all her friends as well.

The bride gets her hands and feet done with intricate designs – hands are usually drawn upon until the elbow and feet up to the calf muscles. This is a fun time for all the young unmarried girl friends of the bride.

Use of Henna As A Beauty Agent

Women in Pakistan are generally very conservative as beautifying themselves may classify them as vain and attract negative attention and even castigation from the religious heads and male family members. Women are required to be subservient to the male in Pakistan society, according to the interpretation of the Islamic religion. Nonetheless, a few liberties are allowed to women when it is done with the purpose of making themselves more presentable to their husbands – as a duty of a faithful wife.

Henna therefore is used as a natural beautifying agent. One way is by drawing exceptionally beautiful designs on the hands and feet during festivals and other family celebrations; and another way is to apply to the hair. Henna is an excellent conditioner for hair which encourages the growth and the natural bounce of the hair. For women who have premature white hair, it provides an excellent way to hide it as Henna applied regularly gives a dark red hue to the hair.

In fact many men also use Henna for their hair (both on the head and the beards) for the color and the health of the hair.

Designs of Henna For Women

When used for weddings and other special occasions women take the help of professional Henna designers who have learnt a great number of designs for hands and legs. The hands are decorated both the sides (palms and opposite side) and it sometimes takes more than three hours for application only. The paste once applied needs to be kept as long as possible on the hands and legs; the longer it is kept, the better the color would be. The belief is that the darker the color of the Henna on the hands the more the husband would love the wife.

Needless to say that such designers charge a hefty amount for the application, a price that is happily born by the bride for the joy it gives. Henna is considered as one of the most auspicious symbols of the marriage ceremony.
About the Author:

Henna as it is called in Moslem countries or Mehendi as it is known in India is named in Latin as Lawsonia inermis. This is a plant extensively grown and used in UAE, Africa and India generally for cosmetic purposes as it is considered highly auspicious. Henna is also used as a medicinal plant by Unani and ayurvedic doctors with excellent results.

Henna As A Temporary Body Tattoo

Mention of henna use can be found as long ago as 1600 BC as it was found that there was a custom among Egyptians to have the Pharaoh’s hands and hair dyed with henna before mummification. In India and many Arabic countries henna is applied as a body tattoo on the palms and forearm as well as the feet on the occasion of wedding and many other auspicious celebrations such as birthdays, celebration of the completion of the seventh month of pregnancy, etc.

The Mehendi Pattern Designs

There are many ways to create mehendi patterns. Some apply it in bulk creating a big round on the palms and feet. Additionally each finger is coated upto the first bend including the nail with henna. This is mostly seen with the dancers of Indian traditional dances such as Kathak, Oddissi, Kathakali, etc.

During weddings and other similar celebrations, the mehendi is applied in intricate designs drawn with very thin lines with the help of a mehendi cone. These drawings are almost always in the form of symbols through sometimes it has figurines representing weddings and wedding ceremony.
The designs are usually applied to the inside of the palms. However, at weddings the tattooing is extended to the upper hand and it continues all over the forearm. Feet are also decorated in this manner. There are beautiful designs drawn on the feet of the bride that extends until the knee.
The Application Of Mehendi Tattoos And Patterns

The mehendi is prepared in a certain manner, i.e. take a cup of henna leaves and grind it to a paste, add to it the juice of half a lemon, few drops of eucalyptus oil and the paste of about five cloves. Add to it two tablespoons of coffee. Mix thoroughly and the put it in a butter paper mehendi cone. Make a very, very tiny incision at the end of the cone and use it as you would use a pencil to draw on the hand and legs.

Once applied you would need to keep the designed pattern moistened as long as you can. Use a mixture of sugar and lemon water to keep it from drying. In about six hours it would dry up when you could remove the caked henna. The color will continue to darken overnight unless you put water on the decorated body parts.

Nowadays, young people use henna as a body tattoo on other parts of the body – just as a regular tattoo sometimes mixing temporary dyes. You would find such tattoos most common around beaches, parties and other similar occasions. These tattoos like the ones applied on the hands and legs would be visible for about two weeks.
bridal shower favors

If you are coming to this article and you feel a bit outraged, then don’t worry. Join the club. I’m sure that many people are warming up their fingers with the intention of typing me up a scathing lecture on how I should not presume the authority to rank such a thing, and how foolish the task is and on and on… However, I have still written this article and you are still preparing to read it. So, let’s just accept that this is my opinion and we’ll go from there.

I do believe that lists like this have use. Many guitarists search for lists like this. I am not talking about only beginners either. Experienced guitarists seek out lists like this even if only just to criticize them. I think that the ultimate purpose of these lists is to help spread the word about great guitarists and great solos that may have gone unheard of for some people had it not been for the list.

The first question to answer is: what makes one guitar solo better than another one? Is it the melodic content of the solo? Is it the technical difficulty of the solo? Well, if you have come to this article in search of an answer to this question, I am sad to have to tell you that I do not have one.

One last thing to say about the developmental criteria of this list. The title is best electric guitar solos. I have tried to choose solos which demonstrate the possibilities of the ELECTRIC guitar. I have included commentary on some of them. Oh, one more last thing, please don’t email me about which guitarists I have forgotten. I understand that you have your favorites. Just post a comment and let us all know.

I don’t want to keep you waiting any longer. So here are the 10 Best Electric Guitar Solos:

1.	Stairway to Heaven – Jimmy Page

2.	Eruption – Eddie Van Halen (This solo represents the invention of tapping. Tapping is now a quintessential right-hand electric guitar technique.)

3.	All Along the Watchtower – Jimmy Hendrix (Jimmy Hendrix took an acoustic song and made it an electric masterpiece. Because of this solo, many people consider this to be Jimmy’s song.)

4.	Crazy Train – Randy Rhoads

5.	Freebird – Gary Rossington/Alan Collins

6.	Pride and Joy – Stevie Ray Vaughn (Stevie, in my opinion, took what Hendrix did and made it more technically challenging but cleaner at the same time.)

7.	Big Trouble – Steve Vai (Legendary for his practicing work ethic, Steve Vai is a master of all electric guitar techniques.)

8.	She’s a Woman – Jeff Beck

9.	Comfortably Numb – David Gilmour

10.	Sultans of Swing – Mark Knopfler (Melodic brilliance at its finest.)
eco-friendly favors

If one looks at the map of the world, it is hard not to notice that Asia is the biggest land mass. Asia is important to the rest of the world. The importance of this part of world is not only because it is the biggest continent of the world, but also because it is the portion if the world which is home to the majority of humanity. All densely populated countries are located in Asia. Asia spans hundreds of longitude and as a result you find a variety of culture and traditions in Asia. Asian people are generally closely bound to their traditions and for them it is always difficult to break away. The continent as a whole is rich in traditions and values.

Asian people are descendants of a variety of races. You find one kind of people dominating one region in Asia. For example, the Indian subcontinent is home to the Aryans. The East of India is mostly home to the yellow races which include the Mongols. These people have very typical features and can be identified very easily. The West of India is mostly populated with Iranian and Arab features. More towards the West you find western mix in the mosaic of population that lives in Asia. Asian people are different from the people of the other continents as these people are still close to their roots and in most of the countries you find agro based economies. The economies are not very well developed and you find tat the pressure on land is great. Still, being blessed with the most fertile plains of the world, Asia is feeding the rest of the world as a granary.

In Asia, you still find that generations after generations of people are bound with the traditional values. The West of Asia is mostly dominated by the Muslim values as a chain of Muslim countries is located in this part of the world. In general here Islamic values are followed and family unit is appreciated. Families are the basic structural unit in making up the societies here. Even in the technically advanced and developed countries like Japan, you still find that family ties are important to them. People from more developed parts of the world sometimes consider Asian people to be backward and superstitious, but I believe the Asians are happy and at home with their family units still intact.

Asian traditions are most of the times really colorful and in some cases difficult to understand for people coming from highly developed countries. The impact of religions on the traditions and values of the people of Asia is prominent. Most of the people living in Asia find religion and language to be really important to them. The dress codes are specific and the festivals are also under the religious influence. In general, you can say that Asian life is different from the life in other parts of the world. It is still about home and family. People here are still bound to their roots, and most of all, they are happy about it.
About the Author:
