If you can’t afford both, I suggest focusing on the bigger number of 60% and skip the PPC.

Excluding pages from getting indexed: You may have pages or directories on your website that you do not want to have them indexed. In that case, you can exclude them using this method:

Robots.txt: This is a file that uses a simple syntax to exclude specific types of users. In this case search engine spiders. This file will tell the spiders which pages should not be indexed. You can either exclude specific search engine spiders or all spiders. To exclude all search engine spiders from all directories on your web server, the default syntax is as follows:

User-agent: * Disallow: /

The following examples specify some search engine spiders and directories you may not want them to be spidered.

Google:

User-agent: Googlebot Disallow: /cgi-bin/ Disallow: /images/ Disallow: /page.html

MSN: User-agent:MSNbot Disallow: /cgi-bin/ Dissalow: /images/ Disallow: /special-page.htm

Note: Make sure you name the file “robots.txt” and place it in the root directory of your web server,where your home page is. Other known spiders are:
